ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Lucy Chun has been working in real estate since 1983. Her interest focusing in real estate investments and management led her to be a successful specialist in the multi-family and retail sectors. Her 25 years of experience in her family owned restaurant gave Lucy the opportunity to interact with small business owners and investors. In recent years she specialized in small strip centers and hotel/motel investments. She promoted the Pilot Immigrant Investor Program for New Orleans Central Business District drawing international investors to invest locally. Lucy has been awarded in commercial real estate since the early "90's". She received the Realtor achievement award from NOMAR and also received the Million Dollar Club member award from Prudential in 1995. Lucy received the yearly Winners Circle Award from 1995-1998. After selling her family restaurant in 2000, Lucy has been focusing in her commercial real estate. She closed many successful transactions in the year 2001. She closed five million volumes in 2002 and received the RE/MAX Regional Award, NOMAR Gold Award and CID Achievement Award. She also doubled her volume in 2003 and in 2004, and would receive the RE/MAX 100% Club Award annually. EXPERTISE & STRENGTHS: In her 28 years of sales experience since moving to New Orleans, Lucy has been very successful in different sectors of retail sales. She has become an expert in public relations and client representation. Her restaurant experience with the public made her become a specialist in restaurant sales, development and leasing.
